Ignacio Vallina

Ignacio is a speech therapist with an academic background obtained at the University of Oviedo (Asturias), class of 2015.

He began his professional career as a speech therapist and accent modification coach in Spain, with a special dedication to France (Paris) during his stay there from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, he moved to London to study music at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music , focusing on the vocal aspect of his career as a speech therapist and working with singers and voice professionals.

Since then and up to the present, Ignacio has been dedicated to speech therapy with a special focus on bilingual children (Spanish, English and French), treating various diagnoses, such as autism, language delay, pronunciation problems and hearing loss. He has also worked with adults on accent modification, and with cases of stuttering and vocal pathology.

Ignacio has recently completed his training in manual vocal therapy at the Voice Care Centre (London) and also works as a Spanish teacher at the French international school EIFA.

He is registered as an assistant with the RCSLT and is in the process of obtaining his HCPC.

In addition to his professional commitment, he enjoys his free time exploring his passion for music, food markets, sports and mountain walks in summer and skiing in winter.
